Palmer caught 99 passes for 1,514 yards and seven touchdowns over three Tennessee seasons, leading the Vols in receiving as a junior in 2020 (33 catches, 475 yards, four touchdowns) before a strong Senior Bowl week boosted his draft stock.

2021 Draft · 3rd round, pick 77 · Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers drafted Palmer in the third round (77th overall) in 2021, and he spent four seasons as a rotational and occasionally featured Los Angeles receiver. He signed a three-year, $29 million free-agent deal with the Buffalo Bills in 2025.
